Managing Photos

Each finding can have multiple photos.

Taking Photos

• Camera — Use the camera button to capture directly during the inspection
• Upload — Select existing images from your device
• Image Bank — Pick from your central image library for reference images

Organizing Photos

• Reorder — Drag photos to change their order
• Delete — Swipe or tap the delete icon to remove a photo

Image Bank

The Image Bank is your central library for storing and reusing images across inspections.

Uploading

• Drag and drop files directly onto the page
• Click upload to select files from your device
• Multiple images can be uploaded at once
• Images are automatically compressed and optimized

Organizing

Each image can have:

• Captions — Bilingual (EN/FR) descriptions
• Tags — Keywords for easy searching (autocomplete from your existing tags)
• Privacy — Mark images as private so team members can’t see them

Filtering

• Search bar — Find images by caption, tag, or filename
• Source filter — Show all images, system defaults, your uploads, or private only
