Your inspector will send you a link to access your inspection report and related documents.

What You’ll Find

When you open the link, you’ll see an interactive report page that may include:

• Inspection Report — The full professional report with findings, photos, and severity indicators
• Invoice — If billing is included
• Service Agreement — The terms of the inspection service
• Additional Documents — Any other files your inspector attached

Understanding Findings

Each finding in the report includes:

• Observation — What the inspector observed
• Severity — A color-coded indicator of the issue’s importance
• Photos — Supporting images taken during the inspection
• Recommendation — Suggested next steps or actions

Severity Levels

Findings are categorized by severity to help you prioritize:

• Items marked with higher severity should be addressed sooner
• “Information” items are observations that may not require action
• Your inspector can explain any findings in more detail
