Requesting an Inspection

As a real estate agent, you can work with inspectors who use Lumos to streamline the inspection process for your clients.

How It Works

  1. Your client receives a form link — The inspector sends a pre-inspection form to your client (or you can forward it)
  2. Client fills in details — Personal info, property address, MLS listing, desired date, and report language
  3. MLS auto-import — Clients can paste a Centris or Realtor URL and the app auto-fills property details
  4. Inspector reviews and approves — The project is created automatically
