This page walks you through creating your Lumos account and signing in for the first time.

Before you start

Have ready:

• An active email address, used to sign in and activate your account.
• A password of at least 8 characters.

The procedure

1. Go to inspector.lumos.property/auth.
2. Click “No account? Create one”, below the sign-in button.
3. Enter your email and a password.
4. Validate your email via the link we send you.
5. Sign in: you arrive at the dashboard.

An important distinction: login email vs professional email

Lumos distinguishes two emails:

• The login email, which you use to sign in to Lumos. Editable in Settings > Account.
• The professional email, which appears on your inspection reports. Configured in My Profile > Personal and may differ from the login email.

This is a convenience when you want to sign in with a personal email but display a business email on your deliverables.
