Your Team

The Your Team page in Settings is where you invite other inspectors under your account and manage existing members.

It targets firms and inspectors who work with others. For solo inspectors, nothing to configure here.

Pricing

On Unlimited: $99 per seat per month. The owner’s seat is included; other seats are billed in addition.
On Starter: no seat fee; members share a common pool of inspection credits.

Available roles

Two roles exist in the current version of Lumos:

Owner — the account creator. One Owner per account. The role is automatically assigned at signup and cannot be modified.
Inspector — the role automatically assigned to any invited member. Inspectors create their own projects, perform their inspections, and generate reports under the business account.

At the time of this writing, the invitation does not offer a role selector: every invited member gets the Inspector role. Other roles (Manager, Trainee) may appear in a future version; they are not exposed to users today.

Invite a member

The Invite a member section asks for three pieces of information:

Email
First name
Last name

Plus an acknowledgment checkbox for the additional fees ($99/month for the new seat on the Unlimited plan).

Once sent, the invitation arrives by email to the person, who creates their own password and accesses Lumos with their own login.

Manage members

The Team members section lists everyone who has access to your account, with their email and role. The owner is marked “You” next to their name.

BNQ and responsibility considerations

The report is signed by the lead inspector of the project, not by the team as a whole. Even in collaborative work, a single name and a single signature appear on the final report, and that inspector carries professional responsibility.
